Let's get ready;

Start by spreading the butter on just one side of the bread;

Spread cottage cheese on the other side;

On the curd side, add hot mozzarella to taste, then close the bread forming a sandwich, always keeping the margarine side out;

Place a non-stick frying pan over low heat, let it heat up and place the cheese sandwich;

Place a lid on the frying pan and wait for the cheese to melt, being careful not to let the bread burn;

When you reach the desired point, turn around and do the same on the other side.

French toast

Ingredients

  • 4 French or water breads (names change depending on the location)
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Cinnamon and sugar just for sprinkling
  • Oil for frying the French toast
  • 3 eggs for brushing

Let's get to the preparation;

Start by cutting all the bread into slices, leaving each slice 2 fingers thick.

In a bowl, mix the milk with the condensed milk, then dip all the slices of bread in this mixture, one at a time;

Then, in a bowl, mix the egg with the cinnamon and dip each slice;

Afterwards, fry each slice in hot oil and dry on paper towel;

To finish, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Pancake Of Banana

Ingredients;

  • 2 ripe bananas (the riper the sweeter your pancake)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of tapioca
  • 1 slice of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Granola as desired
  • Honey or peanut butter

Let's get to the preparation;

Process the bananas, egg, tapioca and grated mozzarella in a blender until a homogeneous paste is formed.

Then add the granola;

Heat a non-stick frying pan and add a little butter, wait for it to melt and then add the mixture;

Brown on both sides and then remove.

To finish, put honey or peanut butter on the pancake and serve immediately.

You can also add other flavors such as curd cheese, or even remove the tapioca if you wish, as it does not lose its consistency, it just becomes thinner.
